Eric Spencer, COO for SkyeTeam, is a proven leader with more than eighteen years of building and shaping leaders and organizations.

Eric brings extensive experience as an executive coach and leadership development expert. He’s designed, developed, and delivered human resources and leadership programs of varying complexity - from coaching programs to leadership academies – for organizations across industries and ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.

Eric's experience includes human resources, executive and leadership development and organizational effectiveness to talent acquisition, performance management, M&A, and integrations work

Prior to joining SkyeTeam, Eric served in leadership capacities at P3 Group, 3C Network, Local Matters, Level 3 Communications, and Target Corporation. This rich experience with organizations of varying sizes and business life cycle stages has provided him with a deep set of human resources and training and development experiences.

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Arizona State University and an MBA with a focus in Organizational Behavior from Virginia Tech.

He is an avid musician and spends his free time writing, recording, and performing.
